
Well, as promised last week when I gained those lovely 2 pounds...I LOST the week of Thanksgiving!!!! I honestly don't know how, but I'm excited to say that I'm down .4 of a pound. Not a full pound, but I'll take it! Now...in looking at The Tales From the Scales Blog, I'm seeing a lot of loosers this week. WTG everyone!!!
So, my goal for this week is to continue to stick to my menu (even though I didn't post it here) and to also come here and blog my foods like I had been doing. Later this evening after I eat dinner I will do that.

I'm not sure I'm ready to journal my eating online, but I think I may have to start this again. Good for you, losing over the holidays!! That's a tough, tough thing to do!
I think any loss over Thanksgiving is great! I think it would help myself as well to write down what I eat. I think I would be surprised what I actually eat verus what I think I eat.
