
Well...another week...and another weigh in is here! I am proud to say that I am down 2 pounds this week...woohoo and yay me! I started 2 weeks ago with you guys and last week I maintained, so total here since I've been with you is this lovely #2 number. This week I have been sick with a sore throat and am beginning to get the congestion...but my head feels like it wants to exploid with a horrible headache. Needless to say, I haven't added exercise yet because of this. All in due time. What really worked for me this past week was sticking to my menu that I had planned. This kept me on track and kept me from eating too many points. A success!

I am so excited for you!! Try putting Vicks vaporub on the bottoms of your feet and then putting on socks. It knocked my cold right out of me. No kidding!

2lbs is great! Keep up the great work! I find keeping to my planned menu helps a ton too.
